Yellowstone's supervolcano won't erupt anytime soon. Neither will other similar systems around the world. A new study says we'll see many warning signs before a supervolcano erupts.
Stay up late, or rise before the sun these next few mornings, to see the moon, Saturn and Mars - and possibly some Eta Aquariid meteors streaking past in moonlight.
It's because comets like Halley are so crumbly that we see annual meteor showers. One shower spawned by this comet is going on now. Another is visible in October.
